Sliding Fee Scale
Weems Promises to:
-Serve all patients
-Offer discounted/sliding fees for patients who qualify based on family size and income
-Not deny services based on the individual's race, color, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, sex or inability to pay
-Accept insurance, including: Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP
Effective January 1, 2018, sliding fee scale minimum fee for servcies is $35.00.
